1. Controller
Controller within the meaning of Art. 4(7) GDPR:

2. Hosting
This site is delivered on Cloudflare edge infrastructure (Cloudflare Inc., San Francisco, CA). Technically necessary server log data is processed on request (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested resource). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable delivery and IT security). Standard contractual clauses are in place with Cloudflare.
3. Contact requests
When you contact us by email, we process your data to handle the request and follow-up (Art. 6(1)(b) / (f) GDPR). Storage is limited to what the task requires; thereafter deletion or statutory retention.
4. Payment processing
For purchases of digital analysis services we use Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Payment data (name, billing address, payment method) is collected and processed directly by Stripe; we only receive transaction confirmation and invoice references. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. See stripe.com/privacy.
5. Prospect capture form
When you engage an analysis (AI Growth Radar, Intelligence subscription) via the form at /en/register/, we collect: the website URL of the organisation to be analysed, industry, benchmark scope, company name, a business email address, the role of the person submitting, and an optional free-text note (max. 500 characters).
Purpose: production and delivery of the requested analysis, and
contract initiation / performance (pre-contractual measures, contract execution).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract / pre-contractual measure).
Storage location: the submitted data is stored as a JSON record in
a Cloudflare R2 bucket operated by Cloudflare Inc. (San Francisco, CA). Transfer
to the USA is covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses and additional
technical / organisational safeguards.
Retention: for the duration of the contractual relationship and
subsequently in accordance with German commercial and tax retention obligations
(§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB — up to 10 years). Prospect records without a concluded
contract are moved to an archive prefix after 24 months at the latest and then
deleted on request.
Onward transfer: the email address submitted in the form is
forwarded to the payment processor Stripe (see § 4) for seamless invoicing.
No other onward transfer to third parties takes place.
B2B gate: the form accepts only business email addresses;
submissions from private individuals are technically rejected.
6. No tracking cookies
This site uses no third-party tracking, analytics pixels or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary functions are deployed.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object (Art. 21). Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77); competent authority at the controller's seat: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht.
8. Changes
This notice may be updated to reflect legal or technical changes. The version marked under „As of" applies.
